Running in the forest,
it appeals to me,
that the spiritual growth of this place,
is like a living tree.
Animals that run,
shape the environment that we live in,
all the wetlands and marshes,
are protected by mother nature within.
Plants and bushes,
breathe in carbon,
they are so useful to us,
and so thus,
the whole forest is alive
all hidden within, all which thrive.
I really like this poem. I specifically like the line that refers to the spiritual growth being like that of a living tree. Great work putting the definition of a Shakespearean sonnet on your blog but remember that it also has ten beats per line.
